by commissioning me in any kind, you agree to my terms of service below.

​

Some statements may be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, before the commission.

​

1. General terms.

• Please write clearly and politely.

• Provide references with all the information needed to complete the commission.

• Unpleasant behavior will not be accepted or tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

• Do not send me a wall of text; try to keep it structured to make sure I won't miss details

• Follow the rules provided

• If you choose not to follow my rules, I have the right to decline your commission.

• NO AI TRAINING, STABLE DIFFUSSION, OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED

2. payment

• All commissions must be paid in full upfront via PayPal invoice.

• The currencies accepted are SEK and the Euro

• Chargebacks will put you on a permanent blacklist

                                                                (for residents of Sweden only)

3. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I WILL DO ALL THAT I CAN DO TO MAKE MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY,

HOWEVER, WHEN A COMMISSION IS FINISHED, ONLY SMALL CHANGES ARE ALLOWED TO BE MADE, SUCH AS COLORING AND MINOR MISTAKES.

• No more than 5 Revisions once in the sketching stage, further revisions will be charged with a small fee!

• In case of a commission that requires character design with multiple changes, does not apply to the 5 revision limit!

4. USAGE/ COPYRIGHT POLICY.

​

I, THE ARTIST, HOLD EVERY RIGHT TO THE PRODUCED DRAWING, NOT THE COMMISSIONER, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.

​

THEREFORE I'M ALLOWED TO;

PROMOTE MYSELF IN ANY PLACE OR SITE

TO DISPLAY IT ANYWHERE TO MY LIKING,

POST IT WHEREVER I WANT.

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY IN THE CASE OF OC COMMISSIONS

UNLESS CONSENT IS GIVEN BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER.

THE COMMISSIONER IS ALLOWED TO;

USE THE COPYRIGHTED ARTWORK FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY, UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE.

PRINT THE ART AND CLAIM THE RIGHT OF THEIR CHARACTER(S) BUT NOT THE DRAWING ITSELF.

USE THE ART TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES WITH PROPER CREDIT GIVEN TO THE ARTIST.

IF YOU BREAK THE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IN ANY WAY, EVERY RIGHT YOU HAVE TO THE DRAWING WILL BE RETRACTED.

THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT;

​

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. meaning, making money off it in any way

• Taking credit for the creation of the final artwork

• Removing any watermarks/signatures.

• Altering the artwork without my, the artist's consent!

• NO AI TRAINING, STABLE DIFFUSSION, OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED

ANY USE OF AI TRAINING OR USE OF AI IS PROHIBITED!

VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A BLACKLISTING FROM FUTURE COMMISSIONS AND BUSINESSES!

 

Deliberately putting the final work and/or any of the proofs into an AI generative medium to have it trained and/or modify the final result of your commission. Will result in a permanent ban on any future businesses, which include future commissions!

5. canceling/ refunding policy

I, Bloodypink, have the right to cancel and refund the money from your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the commission has been finalized and or proof has been accepted by the commissioner.

If money has not been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission at any time.

If you file a chargeback against the Artist, your right to everything ever stated to you will be revoked, and the Artist has the right to sell the artwork to new buyers unless it is a commission of an OC or someone's OC.

You will also be forbidden to commission the artist, Bloodypink, ever again!

Your username will be publicly posted to serve as a warning to other artists.

The artist also has every right to file a complaint.

guidelines

1. What to include in your commission request!

• One or multiple clear reference pictures, with all the details you wish to have included in your commission.

• A short text with your idea, as well as any additional information I will need

• Setting close deadlines will be subject to a fee of +40% of the original price.

• If you do not provide the artist with an accurate reference, that is on you, and you will be charged a fee to have it changed; expenses may differ depending on the complexity of the character!

• Be clear in your communication so there won't be misunderstandings!

2. What happens when I accept your commission?

First, I will ask any questions regarding your request. Once I have accepted your commission, I will let you know that your commission request has been accepted, followed by an invoice so you may pay for your commission. I will not start working on your commission until payment has been received!

 

 3. When will I start working on your commission?

Unless there is a queue, I will start working on your commission as soon as I receive your payment.

Otherwise, I will contact the commissioner and keep you updated when I can start!

4. When will it be done?

It depends on what the commission is. A more complex piece may take longer to finish, and if the sent proof will have to go through some changes. I will try to get your commission finished as soon as possible, but my health and daily life may affect the pace at which I can work.

In case of potential delays, I will let you know and keep you updated!
